• Project cancellation by either party
• Dissatisfaction with deliverables
• Changes in requirements or scope
• Technical issues or delays
• Inability to use or deploy deliverables

2. Prepayment Requirement

All services require 100% prepayment before work begins. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

3. Scope Changes

Scope changes may result in additional charges, which also require prepayment and are non-refundable.

4. Service Termination

If services are terminated for any reason, including violation of terms, no refunds will be provided.
