Important: By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Services are provided "as is" with zero liability. 100% prepayment required. All payments are final and non-refundable.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using services provided by setype ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided "As Is"

All services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

3. Zero Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, setype, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from or related to the use of our services.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

5. Payment Terms

100% prepayment is required before any work begins. All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Project cancellation by either party
  • Dissatisfaction with deliverables
  • Changes in requirements or scope
  • Technical issues or delays
  • Any other reason whatsoever

6. No Refunds

All payments are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the deliverables as specified in the project scope. Source code and other materials remain our property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for violation of these terms, including but not limited to abuse, fraud, or illegal activity. No refunds will be provided upon termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
